That guppy died finally. All the other fish are happy and healthy though. I think it was just her time.

Any idea on how to remedy?

My momma guppy now has some black around her mouth and she's not eating. I think she's dying. Anyone know what this could be? This happened to one of my other guppies right before she died.

That sucks, that's kinda why I'm not mixing a bunch of different fish together anymore. I noticed I started having problems doing that so now its just guppies and pleckos and it seems to be working out pretty good

Are you talking about the orange guppy in the back? I've got two of those, 3 blue guppies, 2 plecostomous and some assassin snails. My tank has come a long way and is finally very healthy and doing well. My plants are out of control though, I just trimmed them all back.

Oh yeah, its silky like spiders web and pure white! Not a lot if it, just a little on the top of the black thing in the pump in front of the filter and one spot on the rim of the tank. There is a lot of white salt stains too but this was different.

I did a partial water change on my ten gallon freshwater and noticed some white mold on the top of the black filter and a little on the rim of the tank. im guessing this isn't that bad? I just never had this happen before and ive had this tank about a year and a half. any thoughts...

Numbers? I have strips that tell me if it's high or low. I have guppies in there a couple shrimp, a pit bull plecostamas, 2 other fish red something, not exactly sure what there called and 2 assassin snails

I got this stuff called ick gaurd made by Jungle, is it safe to put in my tank if one of my fish had or still may have the ick?

No it's w doesnt have iodine in it. I just put her in there for like 2 or 3 minutes to try to kill the ick. She's fine.

OK what I just did was put some warmer water in a bucket with a little table salt and let the Molly swimming around in there for about 3 minutes. think that will kill the ick? and hopefully not Buckwheat lol
