I bought a live rock today just to get nice clam that was on it. I examine it before adding it to my fish tank, and I found this lil guy it looks like a shrimp but is not a shrimp and is very fast. Any help would be awesome. Thank you guys!!!

This is a new set up. Is a 50 gal tank , live sand some live rocks and dead rocks no livestock. It has being running for 3 weeks. This snow like or cotton balls has like a little tube coming out from them. Does anyone know what this may be? Thanks!!!
