I wouldn't do the black ghost knife with a puffer. Puffers can be aggresive and generally prefer brackish water. I have one with angels and so far they get along fine. I'm not sure about the other combinations. To fishyfanatic, I'll see if I can get some pics of mine in the next few days...

I like the cup idea. Also, 50% water changes daily are too hard on my schedule but I could try 75%. That would leave some of the original water so it's not as hard on the fish to acclimate to the new conditions. Do others think that's ok?
