I’m setting up my old aquarium and found a really small crack on the bottom edge. I want to seal it with silicone. I read that silicone 1 is the best one to use. The thing is that on the packaging it says “7-year mold-free” and I was wondering if it was safe to use. I’ve attached a picture.

I have a bag of carbon but its not running through my filter , I also have a jar of kent a gets rid of phosphates and silicas ...that is in my nexx API filter

Mrc thanks for the info. And yes my filefish is doing well. It is usually never in hiding. The damsels always seem to be hiding. But over all they seem peaceful.

Thanks ill try that This is my update , I got this light fixture for free , along with the protein skimmer. I also got a free 500w metal halide. And over 40 lbs of live sand. All this from my fourth grade teacher who contacted me through facebook! And yes my water is still cloudy
