Hi guys, picked up a Flame Angel from the LPS today and am more than pleased with him. (Named him Loki after the god of fire) Anyway he was more than happy to adapt to his new home and began eating straight away with a feed of Live Brine Shrimp. Just thought i'd share a few photo's of him.

The tank is 44 gallon so around 80lbs should be enough. Is it a good idea to buy half now and half later? I was going to buy 40lbs tomorow and 40lbs in the near future.

I think you misread the post. I'm not going to fill the canister with live rock, i'm filling the tank with live rock and using the canister filter as a second means of filtration. The tank also has a bio filter built into the hood but have been told that this will not be efficient. Therefore...
