    Good to know Greg thanks!... That would be nifty to have radions, something I'll have to check with my lfs if they have them. The tricky part is hanging them (I live in an apt and have no attic)

    I'm going to be getting a new hood for my 55 gal (ballast blew for one side and have a temp fix for now) I was wondering if the led lights actually put out enough or any uv for the corals I've got a decent load and dont want to kill any of them. Any help is greatly appreciated

    what kind of algae is this?

    Definitely cyanobacteria, if your using ro/di filters may need to be changed on your unit my lfs recommended that first because it can come from the water source. Good luck with your battle

    Just got these " medium " frags , need help figuring out.

    I've got a couple of those in my tank had them for about 6 months and watching them grow is truly amazing.. Enjoy those guys!

    Not too sure but the first looks like a button polyp maybe and the last one looks to be a stomatella snail.. He's a good guy to have in there

    This piece started out full of whammin watermelon and is now being taken over by this brown guy it does have a skeleton under it and the skin is leather like with pores.. Learned about the skeleton because we have removed it before. It doesn't seem harmful and hasn't spread to others.. Any ideas...
