    yeah, I use buckets. Definitely a workout, lol. I have to take the handle with both hands, and lift it a few inches off the floor between my legs. 5 gallons.

    well, Freshwater clams are hard to tell when they're dead, and pollute the tank horribly when they die. What kind of shrimp are you thinking of?

    could you turn off the filter, then try prodding at them with like, a popsicle stick, and hope they swim back to the main section?

    My 55-60 gallon tank is going to be changed.

    I'm not sure if the paramaters mathc, but Rainbows could be a good choice here. They are colorful and lively, and porbably to large to become snacks.

    that really sucks :cry: I hope you figure out why she died. One suggestion, I think Peacock eels are brackish, although I'm not sure.

    you could do 1 oscar in a 55 I belive. um, for other stuff, maybe a small colony of the Malwai(I think) chiclids, like Yellow Labs. If you want to breed, go with convicts.

    http://www.aquariumadvice.com/viewtopic.php?p=472438#472438 There is still some room left in the 30 gal, even with the proposed moves. And when the population got too large for that, I know a LFS that may take them. If not, well, there are plenty of chiclid keepers around here :?
