Please help. About to lose tank

How old is your tank? What kind of water are you using, RO, Tap? .05 max phosphates depending on the type of coral your keeping.

92 gallon reef tank (corner tank)

    Did that fix your problem?

92 gallon reef tank (corner tank)

Remove the cap, align cap with cord (according to thickness of your glass, replace cap. Don't bend pins.

92 gallon reef tank (corner tank)

Just some alignment pins. You will see them when you pull the cover off. Just make sure you don't force it and the slide straight in. No big deal if your careful. It only takes about ten seconds to calibrate it. If your glass is 3/8, look at the dry side (off the tank). The part that goes...

92 gallon reef tank (corner tank)

My 92 is 3/8 glass. Did you calibrate the dry side by pulling off the cover and lining up the glass thickness with power cord? Be careful not to bend pins.

92 gallon reef tank (corner tank)

There should be a flat round piece of black rubber that sits between the dry side and the glass. That should keep it from sliding around. Is that installed?

    My 100g

    Thank you!

    My 100g

That is the exact reactor I'm using! I really like it. Im only using a 75 gph pump and I still have to use the valve to turn it down. I use 100 grams of phosban and only change it about once every month and a half.

    My 100g

I would wait on the refugium, get the reactor and the skimmer first. I think you'll see results faster. Just my opinion.

    My 100g

The reactor is the best investment you can make. It's cheap, easy and requires no modification. I had a small amount of algae before and after putting it in I have none. Even though i measured zero phosphates all the time. The skimmer helps with overall water issues. Without it I would have huge...

    My 100g

I have a 40ish gallon aqueon sump with dual over flows. I'm not using the second overflow but I have a 27 cube I'm going to plumb into it. 3, 4 inch 100 micron filter socks 950 gph return 2 1400 gph circulation pumps phosban reactor magnum 350 with 1 lb carbon basket (no filter) 9w uv 5 gallon...

    My 100g

This is my 100g mixed reef after 6 months. Had its ups and downs but is doing pretty good now. Just getting started with sps, but have seen decent growth so far. Not sure why the pic is so blurry. Looks clear in the actual pic.

    Aqua Vitro Salt

I'm pretty new at saltwater but I am trying two salts right now. Aqua Vitro and H2Ocean Pro. I've had a bucket of each. I just ran out of AV so I'm going to try the H2O. The AV seems to be great. Coral loves it and coraline exploded. The thing I don't like about it is that it's cloudy for a...

    Photos

I'm not sure what some of you do to get such good tank photos. I have tried but they just seem to come out distorted or the color is way off. I have a decent camera. (Nikon D-90 with a Nikkor 18-105 lense) just not coming out that stunning. Any tips?

    Filter options

Running out of wiggle room with the Mrs. right now for this month. Already talked her into the UV and possibly a chiller. I'll price it out and see if it's somthing I can do. hey wait tomorrow is the first!!!! :)

    Filter options

I have a Reef Octopus in the sump now. Just thinking the magnum could serve two purposes as carbon and a pump for the UV. I plan on ditching the micron filter in the magnum all together just to get rid of the pain in the a** of constantly changing it at a monetary expense. Didn't take long to...
