I will not have a problem cleaning the bottle as it's not stuck to the walls. It's just floating in chunks.

It will not hurt the plants. It will kill good and bad bacteria but only in water going through the light. It will not kill the good bacteria in your filter media and any other solid subject in your tank.
What kind of snails are they? I had mystery snails hatch and they moved very slow for the 1st day or so. If they did not reach the water yet, make sure there is enough humidity in the tank. I partially covered to create condesation.
Is EI method the one that requires frequent water changes? Also are these ferts are dozed in a liquid form correct? So they are in the water column absorbed by plants through the leaves correct?
Nitrates 20 to 30 ppm
Phosphates 0.5 to 1.
CO2 15 to 25 ppms.
Light should be fine since I have other plants that demand high light and they are doing great.
I am not using liquid carbon at the moment.
Flourish comprehensive 7.5 ml per week.

I am using DIY root tabs (dynamite) and doze my tank once a week with flourish comprehensive as recommended in the bottle. I also have a pressurized co2 system. So it like time is the key. All other plants in the tank are doing fine.

Cool! Also started with DIY tabs but I am using size 0, all they had at the vitamin shoppe, and Dynamite. I placed 24 of these in my 80 gallon tank and so far everything looks ok, no spikes in ammonia either.
