So do corals tend to move then are they trying to find a better place in tank

I got my first corals yesterday two mushrooms but they seem to be moving of the rock they came on I've got led lights and flow is not directly on them

Can somebody tell me about filter socks and ware you would put them in you filter system my filter system is built in to the back of the tank carbon sponge then skimmer then balls and ring so don't know if I can use one

Not changed a thing in the tank Caroline was doing fine the only thing I've been fiddling with is the skimmer what I'm doing with it to be onist I turd up the flow slow then I noticed the tank water dident seem as good so turd flow down water seems clearer thanks for the replys

I do water change every 2weeks 20 percent I'm due one but put 3 fish in tank my first fish will it be ok to do water change

No urchins not tested for calcium the kit I've got doesn't have the test do I need to check that no corals yet

Do emerald crabs eat the good stuff of your live rock the purple and white stuff that was on the rock seems to be dissapering on mine

Tank been going 7 weeks now first fish in today 3 three blue green chromis I'll start of easy shrimps pestering them a bit

Yes but mins is clear

No it would be hard for it to see in photo it's like a flower shape white to all most clear it closes and seems to disaper in to the rock to the exstent you can't see it

In the morning when I first put the lights on a little white plant tipe thing on the rock after the lights have been on for two mins it closes up nd disapers my tank is in its 6th week

Food What kind of food would it need to be flakes and pellets I wii only be away a week I'll do water Change be fore I go thanks for your help

Going on holiday soon and was wondering if there is a device you can get to self feed the fish or do I need to ask a friend
