thats just it... i'm kinda out of money... i like what i have but to take it to the next level (reef) i'm looking at tons of money, I'm just excited to start "fresh" with something new

i'm switching from salt to fresh... I need some ideas... I either wanted like 4 oscars or a few schools... Is there anyone out there with multiple oscars? if so let me know what its like. Thanks... Bobby

I currently have a 150 gal. sw tank. I really want to switch to fresh. I was thinking about a few oscars. my question is, i have about 8 fish currently, and I don't think my lfs will take them all back... theres well over $300 worth of fish. Nobody I know has a sw tank. any suggestions...

allthough it claims to be safe for inverts i would lean towards a fresh water dip. IMO

i would look into turbo snails, they're a little bit bigger but they definatley do an excellent job :-)

My trigger seems to have little white specs on it (possibly ich?) What should I do if I don't have a qt? tia

I'm having the same problem right now with my trig. It looks a lil frosty, i'll letcha know what happens with mine, because i also moved around my substrate and i'm hoping that thats the problem

Right now in my 55 gal, I have a dragon goby, flame hawkfish, blue damsel, and yellow tang. I would really like to get a puffer or trigger fish, but I don't want my other fish to be harmed, especially my flame. My yellow tang should be fine with the more aggressive fish. and i've never heard...

Well, one of my problems is that my dragon goby moves my sand everywhere, he covers my rocks and makes huge mounds of sand. He actually dug all the way to the bottom of my tank, I wanted to put something in there that he wouldn't move around as much. Any suggestions on what I should do?

Right now I have silica sand as my substrate and I'm changing it to part crushed coral part aragonite sand. How will my sand sifting star be affected by this? Thanks

i you REALLY want your sand moved around get a Dragon Goby. Mine is a machine when it comes to moving the sand around.

I use frozen brine shrimp, what I do is I break off little chunks and put them in a cup. Then I put a little bit of my ank water in the cup and twirl it around or mix it. Then I just pour in however much food they need.

I think its worth the price alone to witness my Flame destroy a hermit crab or two... Its nature, and I love it

I love my flame hawkfish, he has sooo much personality. Watch out though he may eat small invertebrates :wink:
