I have a 4x55W and would like to add a 48" T5 bulb on each side. Here are my options: Have all 10k pc bulbs and actinics 03 for T5 Have two 10K pc bulbs, two actninc pc bulbs and 2 12K T5 bulbs. Basicly what do you think, what color should my T5's be???

Would it be beneficial to add different types of algea to my refugium? I currently have the dark green stuff, but I have also seen red and light green algea.

Hey Guys Does anybody have experiance with fake LR? I was surfing the net and found that webpage. http://coralplugs.com The guy told me he could easily make a cover for my Stand pipe that will look like LR.

My two false percs seem to be fighting. actualy the bigger one is harassing the smaler one. Both were the same size about 1 1/2 year ago but one grew bigger. Female????? Why would the bigger one act like that?

I'm thinking about getting 250W MH and hang them just on the left side of my tank. It would allow me to have corrals that need lots of light on one side of the tank. Would that make my lighting look weird. Or coulden't you tell just by looking at the tank?

Hey Guys I'm thinking of maybe building a high pressure Injection skimmer (same pricipal as AquaC) from one of the DIY sites of the net. I heard that it might not work well with a fuge because (good) stuff produced by the fuge will be killed during the injection process. Any thoughts on this?

what's this, it is eating pelet food and is constantly growing on my LR. the mouth is the green part in the middle and it can handle up to 4 pellets at once.

Hey Guys, i'm finaly donne with my stand and canopy. I is a 80G with a 27G Sump. The tank is up and runnig for a month now and I just got donne with the canopy and trim. What do you think?

If the answer is yes, how much?

I just upgraded from my 27G to a 80G reef tank and my 27G is now working as a sump. I still use my seaclone skimmer but i want to upgrade due to constant need of adjustment and bubbles in my tank. Do you guys recommend a in sump skimmer?
