They will probably eat them too.. if you want them all to survive I'd separate them.. if you only want 2 or 3 you can leave them with the other fish as long as the tank is heavily planted

I feed my platy fry the tetra minE a tiny pinch twice a day and theyre growing really well

I put old towels down around the tank on the floor and surface :)

I pick mine out and feed them to my turtles lol... they love it :)

Lol my boyfriend gets annoyed cause I pay more attention to the fish than him sometimes :P

Hey, I was wondering at what age do platy fry start to get their colours. I have recently had a batch of about 30 fry and I can't wait to see what colours they all turn out :)

I wouldn't know about how they are with barbs mine are in with peppered corys

They are in a breeding net within a 65 litre tank

I kept the lights off the whole time she was giving birth and took her out a few mins ago as she was starting to act normal again and picking around for food.. plus she was popping and not birthing lol.. I now have 30 or more little fry :)

How long does it usually take for her to give birth to them all she's been at it for about 3 and a half hours now.. and how do you know when she's done?
