Hey, I was wondering at what age do platy fry start to get their colours. I have recently had a batch of about 30 fry and I can't wait to see what colours they all turn out :)

I was thinking about setting up a small tank for my platy and cory fry.. I wanted to know whether i could keep cherry shrimp in this tank without them being eaten or them eating my fry.. if so i just want to know everything about them and how to keep them.. thanks

My platy's have been pregnant for well over a month and have still not given birth.. what's going on? I do have 3 males to 2 females at the moment because some of my females died.. they do follow them a bit but more fight amongst themselves.. I have tried them both in a planted breeding trap...

So I go to bed with 14 peppered cory eggs in my breeding net and I have now woken to find absolutely nothing left.. they were at the bottom so no snails could get to them.. they could have hatched because it was that time but even the white infertile egg has gone.. I have heard of fish sucking...

Had the wonderful surprise of coming home to see my fat cory is now not so fat and I have 10 visible eggs :D now I want to know how long they will take to hatch and anything I can do to keep them safe? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have a 65 litre (approx 14 gallon) tank and currently have 5 platy's and 4 peppered corys.. I would like to add another 5 or 6 platy's and 6 to 8 neon tetras.. what do you think?

These are my two lovely pregnant platy's.. my first possibility of babies and I can't wait :) Feels like I've been waiting forever.. drop soon please :)

My platty has been pregnant for rougly 5 weeks perhaps more.. I wanted to know when she might give birth and when would be the best time to put her into my breeding trap.. The males follow her everywhere so I would prefer it if she was seperated before giving birth.. any ideas?
