Does adding snails or shrimps to a tank push the stock up? I know some if their bio load is zero. Just wondering what snails don't reproduce and don't eat leaves? Also what shrimps are not aggressive? I know RCS are community safe. Is there any others? Thanks.

So what's your view on my tank? I have a 80 litre tank with 7 guppies 6 neon tetras, 6 Silvertip tetras, 1 golden gourami and 1 bn pleco. Aqadvisor says I'm not overstocked but I would like suggestions on possible additions to the tank :) Thanks

I see some people feed their fish everyday. I currently have 7 guppies 6 neon tetras 5 Silvertip tetra 1 golden gourami and 1 bn pleco. I give them 2 cubes of frozen bloodworm every other day. Today is feeding day so I will give them 2 cubes later then not feed them till Saturday.

I have seen some people say that their shrimp eats their snails and some say they have saw there shrimps clean the slime off their snails. I seen other posts on other forums saying their MTS can defend against the snails and that some other snails get eaten. What's your opinion on these?

I am setting up my 80 litre tank and I was thinking of putting in some driftwood. My local pet store said the driftwood turns your water brown. Is this safe for the fish? How long is the water brown for? Is there a way to reduce the amount of brown that enters the tank?

Has anyone had any experience on loach and snails? I have 2 weather loach and I heard they eat snails but I have heard that they can't eat MTS due to their shell. But some sites have said that they eat MTS. Can anyone confirm this?

Any ideas on where I can get a stone for the tank as I have a weather loach and they prefer to stay in a shaded area in the tank. I am thinking a stone slab or brick could help the Loach stay hidden.
