So I got some shrimp and soon after putting them in the water and the couple of stems they came with this little guy appears. I asked the guy I got from and he said they came from a shrimp only tank. Also this isnt the first time this has happened to me but this is the longest ive had one...

I cleaned the glass last weekend and its back again...I went from 4 wpg to 2... the water is clear no problems with fish but this stuff is killing my plants...probably didn't help them with the wattage decrease...HELP!!!

I'm wondering...i have an albino bristle nose pleco that does great work cleaning my tank...i have a few 3 decorations that have been out of a tank for a month or so...can I just put the decorations back with the pleco to get cleaned...or is that algee toxic?

Here is my pride and joy, its only a 55. I spent some money on the rocks. The ones in the middle are slate and zebra altho you cant realy see the zebra. Also I have fossils in each corner which were the main cost of them all...i love them, call me crazy idc!

On my 20 I have a coralife 18 in fixture with a actinic 24w t5 HO and 10000k 24w t5 HO... Is the actinic a good bulb for plants or should I buy a better bulb?

Im taking the sand out of my 55 gallon and gonna replace it with gravel, caribsea eco-complete... My question is how fast can I remove sand with disturbing my tanks level? Question two How can I lay the be gravel down with out disturbing my tanks levels?
