I have tried almost anything to get rid of this hair algea....I even took each rock out of the tank and picked it off....bought new lights (PC's 2x65w 10,000k and 2 03's) It came back and worse this time.... If anyone can help please send me a message.

I have been looking into getting a goby since they are small, and i have a smaller tank. Possibly a Mandarin. I have read that you need live sand for them to live. I do not have live sand, it was artificial. So what do i need to do to provide the conditions that a Mandarin would need?
