I just bought a Acei Cichlid today a PetSmart, he looks sick. Can anybody identify a illness from the photos? I can try to get more pics but he stays in one place so it's hard to get other angles.

I rescued my first turtle :) I got him at my local pet store. They kept him in awful conditions. He was in barely an inch of water with and in the back with no lighting they said they didn't even know he was in there :( they sold him to me as a red eared slider ( I could Not leave him there)...

The main point in what I was saying is dont get expensive fish they will die if you have a bare tank. If you really want fish find something that reproduces quickly.

Depends on how big the turtle is vs. how big fish is. My fish do ok in my turtle tank i have 2 southern painted 2inch and 1 mississppi map 3inch They can only snack on fish they can catch haha or baby fish. This might be mean but i bought guppies ( go on sale at petsmart for a $1 every couple...
