I may be crazy but I remember finding a place in AA where you could plug in your desired fish and the size of your tank& it would tell you how many it would hold or if they were compatible and other stuff. Where is it? It seemed very helpful.

Got a 40 ish gallon hexagonal acrylic with a handmade base (sturdy, hex made of cherrywood) - some recommend styrofoam under tanks - is it necessary because it looks bad :(- styrofoam never cuts clean anyway - any alternatives?

recently got a 29 gallon with a Marineland 350B filter - planning on doing gravel and mostly sand bottom - heard they get impeller problems (not sure - just heard it) - is the sand thing a bad idea for this filter? :blink:
