Thank you! I appreciate it. :) the black moor is doing good, just as everyone said he is the personality of the tank. He's the one constantly digging at the bottom for food, so im so glad I don't have the small gravel! Or else I'm sure the same thing would've happened for my black moor. To me...
First off, does anyone know what kind of coral this is?
We've had it for 3 months & it was doing amazing, even doubled in size. However the past week it hasn't been as "bubbly" looking & even started tearing from the mouth. (Where all the white in the picture is, is the tear) I have no idea...
Thank you so much for those articles. I will be trying to take them out today, & get the tank back to normal. Hopefully all goes well for my fishies. :(

Do I have to manually do it? How do I do that? I know with tweezers, but what are the other procedures to do it safely without harming them?
Yes I'm in the United States. Thank you for your advice, I'm so worried about them I just wanna fix this already.

3 out of 4 of my goldfish have anchor worms hanging out of them with the red sores and everything. What can I do to help my fishes? Is there a medicine I can put in my tank to kill these suckers off? Or do I have to pull them out with tweezers?
Also, what can I do to sterilize the tank safely...
Oh really?? I noticed some gold starting to show on it's belly. Will it turn all gold? Or will it still have some black?

We came home to find my husband's mushroom coral with a little slit. Could it possibly be splitting? Or is something else wrong with it? Thanks in advance !

Yeah, ranchu's are my favorite as well. They're just so cute!! But it looks like I'll only be able to get one if I order online. East coast ranchus has so many cuties!! I can't wait til my orandas wens grow. They look so adorable. Be sure to keep me updated on your goldfish search! :)

I have a 120 g tank with three orandas. They're not full grown yet, probably 3" biggest is 4". Anyways, I was wondering if I could get a black moor. I've been a searching for a calico oranda but haven't had any luck. So I was thinking of just getting a black moor (I want a different color then...
Thank you so much! I do agree and think it is now a male! Lol.
It really is so rewarding watching him grow beautifully with his amazing colors & full fins. So thank you :)
These were the best close ups I could get. He likes to get face to face with my phone lol
& thank you again, Shelly...
This is our red betta (currently unnamed cuz we don't know if it's a male or female) that we saved as a baby from Petco. It was the size of a guppy fry! It's grown beautifully :)
Can anyone tell me if it's a male or female?
So we got baby betta about 7 months ago at Petco, in hopes of saving it.
7 months later, here it is.
Is it a female? & what kind of betta is it?
Also, anyone else have bettas they purchased as babies?
Would love to see other photos :)
Jlk, my orange oranda has started to get what looks like blood clots under his right eye. I've been doing 25% water changes everyday since the black oranda died. Ever since Mochi passed away, my orange oranda, Squishy, has gotten back to being jumpy. Anytime I've fed them he freaks out & a...
Update: apparently he wasn't healthy. :( Mochi passed away today. Not sure why. All my water parameters are good. I'm assuming he was unhealthy when my husband saved him from pet smart. :(
