This is our red betta (currently unnamed cuz we don't know if it's a male or female) that we saved as a baby from Petco. It was the size of a guppy fry! It's grown beautifully :) Can anyone tell me if it's a male or female?

Update: apparently he wasn't healthy. :( Mochi passed away today. Not sure why. All my water parameters are good. I'm assuming he was unhealthy when my husband saved him from pet smart. :(
