Your ammonia levels are high and at that temperature it will be more toxic to fish. I don't know if you hit that temperature gradually. If not, also that maybe stressed your fish. I suggest you %50 water change with same temperature water. Salt bath is also very effective to fish

Neon tetras are prone to a illness called neon tetra disease. Their color fade slowly and eventually die. As far as I know there is no cure for that. Quarantine sick fishes is to best thing to do.

you may add peat to your filter. Peat gives out humic acid slowly to the tank and lower the ph.

First There is no photo at the post. Second, It is not good idea to put a wild snail into tank because they probably carry parasites. These parasites also dangerous for human. While I was at Africa, people were talking about a parasite that passes to humans from freshwater snails.

I use very cold water on small fish also. Fish dies instantly even can't move an inch. I tried clove oil and vodka method and fish always stresses before fall in deep sleep.
