    Filter on or off when dosing liquid carbon?

    I was reading that air bubblers will gas off your co2. I have a 29 g with an emperor 280 with bio wheel filter. When i dose carbon i usually turn lights on for about 30 minutes before. Should i also be turning filter off? If so for how long and should i float the biowheel somewhere to keep wet...

    Co2 booster or metricide

    I ran out of co2 booster and lfs was out of stock. I have read alot about using metricide. Has anyone used it long term without any negative effects? Also any tips? Or should i stick with using api co2 booster? Thanks Sent from my SCH-S738C using Aquarium Advice mobile app
