I was reading that air bubblers will gas off your co2. I have a 29 g with an emperor 280 with bio wheel filter. When i dose carbon i usually turn lights on for about 30 minutes before. Should i also be turning filter off? If so for how long and should i float the biowheel somewhere to keep wet? Would the benefits of doing this be worth the possible affects it would have on bb and water? What are you guys thoughts on this? Thanks

If you are dosing liquid carbon, you don't need to turn off your filter. Liquid carbon does not "gas off" the same as pressurized. It stays in the water as a liquid solution for the plants to use and takes about 18-24 hrs to slowly dissipate. OS.

Oh ok that sounds good. Thank you
