They will eat baby shrimp and freshly molted shrimp. Those are a smaller type, but if there are too many in your tank you are definitely at risk of losing babies.
Have you heard of Candycane Pygmy gobies? They are super tiny. They only reach an inch in length. One of those little guys would be perfect for this tank! Look them up! They're super cool!

Does anyone know where I could get pink bolt or pale pink Caridina? I've seen some "golden" Caridina with the pale pink coloration and I've also seen "red bolt" with the pink body as well as shrimp just labeled "pink bolt" I just don't know where I can find them for purchase.
Gotcha! CRS require a more strict set of parameters so I'm trying to find an active substrate that will buffer the water, but not break down and not leech a lot of ammonia.
