Just curious, any ideas on out of the ordinary fish for this tank? Had seahorses before in a different, but just don't have time for them now. Was thinking like a dwarf lionfish or something different than the standard 2 clowns, 1 tang that's not supposed to be there, 1 damsel, 1 goby, etc...

Ya, other forums talked about coating the impeller. Others suggest vasoline, so I'm really not sure what to do.

I cleaned out the impeller like everyone online talks about and put some Prime on it. I'll let it run for a day or two and see what happens. It's just much louder than the other one and I thought it was supposed to be quieter...

Just bought an aqua clear 30 for my 15 gallon tall tank. I assembled everything and it's currently producing a nice, loud humming noise from the motor. It's definitely the motor and is much louder than the aqueon 10. Any ideas on what to do? Thanks

Ya, I've realized I don't have the time for pipefish. And thanks for everyone's suggestions. I like the different types of fish. With all of this in mind, I need an estimate of how many fish I can put in this thing. Saltwater always played it safe and didn't have too much. Thanks again everyone!
