    I had neon tetras and gourami together with no problems. Fish can adjust to the pH.

    You don't need or have to start a dwarf puffer tank to get rid of the snails. There are other ways to get rid of them.

    I think a small sponge filter will be best for a betta because they wont produce a lot of flow. I have one in a 5 gallon also.

    Guppies, tetra and barbs must live in a school of at least 6. If you get barbs, still away from Tiger barbs. They will fin nip other fishes. You can only have one male dwarf gourami. Two males will cause issues between them.

    Zebra danio should be in a group of 6+. You can do a group of black neon tetra or harlequin Rasbora.

    Cory cat need at least 6 of the same specie, the more the better. Sand is easier to clean because the poop sits on top of it.

    Threadfin rainbow arent very fast compared to boesemani Rainbowfish, Its another alternative. But I think boesemani should be fine.

    If the angels are a pair and laid eggs, then they become aggressive to their tank mates. Also they might eat small fish. But I have no experience with angels, so that's all I know.

    2 males gourami can not live together because they will fight. If you want more gourami, you can have 1 male and multiple females. However, females are hard to find due to their dull color.

    Goldfish are cold water fish, which means they need to live in cold water. This information can be easily found by researching online.

    Cory trilineatus and sterbai mix?

    You will need to get another Sterbai because he will not school with Trilineatus due to being different species. Also all cory need a group of at least 5+, depending on your tank size. You can return the Sterbai and increase the group size of Trilineatus.
