I have a plumbed acrylic tank with bulkheads on the back and I'm seeing bubbles coming out of the filter outflow. I checked all plumbing and hoses, no leaks, no kinks, nothing. Could this be from the filter needing a cleaning? Or any other culprits? I'm stumped have never seen this happen before.

I just had the same issue, my nitrites were off the chart for about 6 days but once they started coming down, it happened fast. I went from 5.0ppm (Possibly higher since that's the max on the test kit) to .25ppm in about 4 days! And now, nothing, zip, nada...just clear blue water in the test...
