10 gal lighting

I have a standard 10g tank I wanting to add more coral some LPS maybe a couple pieces of SPS. I don't have much money to spend preferably less than $100. (All my extra money goes into the 45 reef) I was looking at the Par38 LEDs, would one work or should I use 2. Any other suggestions under $100??
