So for my 46 gallon tank, I was planning on going with the Aqueon Pro 150 Watt Heater, for up to 55 gallon tanks.

Unfortunately... I can't find it anywhere in store around me. There are plenty of Aqueon Pro 200 watts... But those are for up to 75 gallon tanks. Isn't that a big of overkill?

There are plenty of Fluval Heaters, but I have heard some bad things about them, and I am not as big of a fan of the silver color, or the fact that its glass.

So... Should I go with the Aqueon Pro 200 or should I just suck it up and get the Fluval 150 (Up to 45 gallons)?

I have the Aqueon Pro 200 on my 46 Bow front, and IMO its perfect. I do plan on adding a second one for a few reasons, but the one I have now does a great job of keeping very consistent temps.
