I have the Api freshwater master test kit:

Ammonia 0
Nitrites 0
Nitrates 15
pH 6.8
I do 50% water changes every Sunday.

The fish death had nothing to do with water quality, it got stuck behind my filtr. And the shrimp numbers are due to me miscounting when I first got them.
