Ok, So I have decided on this new 40 gallon tank that has gotten good reviews, is relatively cheap (150$).
This is what I am planning to put in it!
3 Kuhli Loaches
3 killifish
5-8 Endlers
8 rummy nose tetras
5 rasboras
Some shrimp (for cleansing and possibly snacks for the fish., Ghost and Cherry)
Too much? To little?

I'd say that sounds fine! Since that stock is fairly low I highly recommend upgrading your school of kuhli loaches to 5 or 6. Or you could up your school of rasboras in place of the loaches.

6 khuli will thrive more than 3.

Rummynose tetras are awesome, if you can get some more, they'll swim everywhere in group, the more you get, the more impressive they'll be !

Just check for www.aqadvisor.com advice. Amano shrimps are cool too.

Could I add a paradise fish too? Or would that be too aggressive?

Paradise fish are very aggressive. I wouldn't add one in your tank. They could quite possibly kill everything in your tank. Although I've heard of people keeping them fine with fish like yours but I don't think it's worth the risk.
