That seems a bit too overstocked from what I see. It looks like an awesome stock list but rainbows are super active and fast swimmers. With the amount of fish on your stock list you will be overcrowding that tank. Aqadivisor.com is a guide and is not perfect, but I would definitely drop that number down to at least 110%. Maybe drop the cats and one of your rainbows and see where you stand.
