I am thinking of adding a extra filter on my 55 gallon tank eg aqua clear 70 and completing customizing it, with this and my aqueon 75 would this be to much filtration for my tank , I think another filter more bacteria in my tank might help with my water quality 12 days into fishless cycle even with a 50% water change my water seems to be getting cloudier all the time what are your thoughts?

Cloudy water is a sign of bacterial imbalance and usually high/unbalanced ammonia.
12 days is still new for some setups on fishles cycle..They are all unique.
The water being cloudy will right itself when the bacteria are balanced..
Another filter will only hold more bacteria if needed. It won't speed up the cycle time..
I really like aqua clears so regardless I would recommend the extra filter. The flow is easily adjusted to create proper tank conditions.
As far as cloudy water ,IMO and much reading water changes may make it worse[still screwing with bacteria?] and I would just wait it out..
This IS the beauty of fishless cycles !
