I have a 20 gal tank witht he following in it:

2 Mystery Snails
1 Betta
1 Guppy
3 Sunset Coral Platys
5 Neon Tetras
4 Turquoise Danios
2 Black Nubian Swordtail Females
1 Glassfish

Can we afford to have anything else in here? Imnot sure how the whole bio load thing with fish go.

IMO you are stocked to capacity, actually overstocked going by adult sizes. What kind of filtration are you using? If you are heavily filtered and keep up on water changes you should be fine, just don't add any more fish. How long has the tank been set up?

over a month, with no non=homicaial fish related deaths. Using whatever filter came with the kit, and have been doing weekly 20% changes

Hm, filters that come with kits are usually not that great. You should try to find out what it is.
What are the water parameters of the tank?
Those fish aren't really big waste producers so you should be ok, as long as you keep the water quality in check.
