What should my test results be after my cycling is over? Should I have NitrAtes present in the tank? if so how much, NitrItes? Ammonia?(Mine goes no higher than 1)(my tap has 1ppm of ammonia)usually its zero though

You should have:
Ammonia: 0.00ppm
Nitrite: 0.00ppm
Nitrate: >0.00ppm

Everything 0.00ppm except nitrate, you should have nitrates.

and keep nitrates lower than 20-40ppm depending on fish
