Ok, with the death of my Dwarf Gourami I have decided to set up an air pump with 2 air stones. One for my 20 gallon tank which contains my Sunset Platy, my Marble Molly, and my Upside Down Catfish. Also one for my 5 gallon that has my Afican Dwarf Frogs and one Fry.

My question is that my pump is meant for tanks that are 13 gallons+. Would it stress out my Frogs and Fry is I put an airstone in their tank using that pump? Would the pressure be too strong and create too much water movement for them?

Thanks in advance!

5 gallons is small so you could put some plants in there. Or you can use a pressure controlling valve that goes in the air tube. The only thing that needs the air is the fry.

The pressure valves are cheap. Available at pet stores and look like this

You can get valves that can adjust flow rate when you twist it.
