Alge how to identify?

Hi to everyone. Please help me to identify an alge in my aquarium. It is black on sand and when you take it out it looks like hairs. I have cyanobacteria and trying to fight it and now this new one. Don't know how to kill it. Sorry if I made some spelling mistakes.
