I cant see anything wrong with the fish. Could you elaborate.

If you are refering to the bump behind the ventral fins, that is the papilla. For females this will deposit eggs, for males it will deposit sperm. You can tell the sex of the fish by its shape. Male, narrow and pointed, female more rounded.

Well the owner said it looks more pink/red then usual, so I'm not sure what's wrong.

The fishes owner will be best placed to see if anything is wrong or out of the ordinary, but on the face of it i cant see anything wrong.

If there are no other signs of distress i would probably just do a water test to check parameters and keep an eye on it. Redness, especially around the gills could be a sign of ammonia poisoning.
