Aquarium Lighting Help

I am looking for T5 bulbs that are the wavelength equivalent to the Life Glo T8 and the Aqua Glo T8. Does anyone know which T5 bulbs would match these two T8 bulbs? Thanks!

The life glo is 6700k and the aqua glo is 18000k. Most bulbs are identified by their K rating so you just have to do a quick search for them.
