Are these normal week 2 cycle settings

I am 1/2 way through the second week of my fishless cycle and am at:

Amonia: 3 ppm
Nitrate: 0
Nitrite: 0

My tank has been sitting at these readings for for 4-5 days now. I konw it takes a while ty cycle but when do I worry about a stal and what can / should I do at this point?

Unfortunately all you really can do is wait or add some used filter media from an established tank in your filter to seed things.

since it normally takes 6-8 weeks just keep watching and try not to stress too much. maybe the lfs will give you a handful of gravel to jump start the cycle.
