This is mined calcite at 80 dollars us free shipping, from a non-water environment. The seller offers to included a half pound of live rock to see the base rock. Do you suggest this taking this offer or does it sound like a scam?

Looks like a good deal to me. i think base rock goes for around that price maybe a tad more.
