I have five Bolivian rams they are losing color on their back halves? Turning silver ! Help

Without knowing all that Info, my best guys would be that they are over cramped in a tank that doesn't have enough room and to little filtration for their bioload

Do you know the sex of your rams? If they're all male surely some are getting harassed, the color change could be stress related, you should get some plants in there too, rams like plants, breaks up line if sight, reduces aggression=reduces stress!
