Brittle star ate my cardinal?

I have a brittle starfish that is maybe 6 inches from tip to tip. I can't find my PJ cardinal anywhere in my tank and my starfish looks like this instead of skinny and flat like normal...did he eat him?

Probably. The green ones are known fish eaters. That said, it may not have been him that killed him, but they do spiral their bodies and make a fish trap....

If I wanted to re-home him to my 90g tank that currently has a banana wrasse and a Foxface lo would that work out? Or would the banana wrasse attack him?

not sure. You could try it. I don't think the wrasse will go after a big brittle.
