Brown algea..

I have been having some issues with brown algea appearing on the top of my sand every morning after a water change.It just keeps coming back and i don't understand why.It been set up for a few months now.My levels are: PH-8.2,Ammonia-o,Nitrite-0,Nitrate-20.Is there something that i can add besides water conditioner and bio boost?

what kind of water are you using for your PWC's sounds like your getting diatoms i had same problem untill i switched to RODI water and if i get lazy and top off with tap water i get them

Ro/DI is reverse osmosis/Deionized water.
