Any thoughts or suggestions on what I have so far would be appreciated. Going to pick up some dry base rock tomorrow also will the epoxy from petco hold smaller sized rocks to pvc trying to avoid zip ties and foam thanks link for epoxy below

The holdfast works fairly well! It is messy,stubborn,a no very hard to work with though....

Aquarium safe epoxy would be easier to work with while dry I would think...

do any major chain stores sell this? or has to be ordered online?
