Buying from Online Vendors - Big Al's Pets and FishTanks Direct

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this thread but I cannot find a forum section for Vendor Experiences.

Has anyone ever bought anything from either of these two online vendors before?

Big Al's Pets and FishTanks Direct?

If so how was your experiences with them?
Customer Service?
Shipping Time?

I have used Big Al's for years . They used to be cheaper and shipping takes a week or so .

I bought a custom tank from fishtanksdirect. Very easy to work with and always had time to answer questions and the tank they made looks great. I can not say anything about there shipping of regular items but they built and shipped my tank almost 3 weeks ahead of schedule.
