Can some please tell me what these little guys ate

Hello I was wondering if someone could help me figure out what these are there are three of them one being a little bigger they came on a small piece of rock I just purchased thank you

Those are aipatsia, a pest anemone. You will want to take care of them. You can inject them with a solution just for that or you can try some peppermint shrimp. They may pr may not eat them.

Thank you and why are they considered a pest and can't I just pull them off and throw them away

If it were that easy they wouldn't be a pest lol
they retract fast making them hard to remove by hand

why are they considered a pest ?
because they can sting coral and spread fast

I just read it thank you I was just a small piece of rock so I took the coral off and threw the rock away lol thanks for answering so quick thank you
