Can't figure out what this is

I put some new live rock and some snails in my tank a few days ago. Today I noticed hundreds of little dots on my glass, a few small critters running around on the live rock, and a group of what I can best describe as extremely small spider like things. It's a new tank with just 5 snails and the live rock so far. I wouldn't be too concerned except there seem to be hundreds after only a few days. Can anyone help ID and tell me what to do? These pictures were the best I could get due to the extremely small size of them. I'm also linking to the pictures rather than posting them due to the large size of them. Thank you! !!
