Cloudy tank?

Have had my 20 gallon set up for a while now and is completely cycled. It is not overstocked and i do not over feed..normally it is crystal clear and lately its been sort of cloudy. My water parameters are ammonia 0 nitrite 0 and nitrate 5. I dont understand why my tank is cloudy. Almost a white cloudyness.. my baby gsp (only fish in the tank) seems perfectly fine. Any idea to what this may be?

O ya and s.g is 1.004 incase that is needed

possable bactirial bloom? do 50percent changes daily till the water is clear
