Cloudy Water

Hi everyone, I have a 46g tank, it is clycled, las week i performed 50% water change, but next day it was cloudy and then it was turning green. Today I performed again a little more than 50% water change, but still a little coudy.

Any Advice please.

Thats an algae bloom. how long do you run your lights and do you have a test kit for phosphates?

I run my lights almost all day!!

You will want to make sure that you do not run the lights more than 10-12 hours and is the tank exposed to direct sunlight?

The tank is Exposed to sunlight only like two hours in the morning, and I do run my lights more than 10 hours daily

It's usually best to keep direct sunlight to a minimum, might be contributing to your algae problem.
